Building information modelling provides a holistic process of modelling, mapping, monitoring, collaborating, and managing building information digitally for a built environment. It helps to understand design and engineering selections visually and allows designer a platform to do hit and trial of various options on layouts for critical services. It provides designers of various industry professional, stakeholders and designers a single, shared platform for collaboration and coordination of project design. It helps to solves design and coordination problems at design stages and avoid issues and conflicts on site during constructions, which helps to avoid impacts on cost and schedule during construction. 

We develop BIM models for each project we work on during initial stage of the project to ensure the concept design and various space planning is carried out with a coordinated approach, which helps to avoid design issues on later stages. 

Cloud Based BIM Solution

We use cloud-based BIM tools such as BIM360 for BIM models, which enables real time collaboration, model sharing, comments and issues logging with various stakeholders and involved designers to ensure the design coordinated and in-line with design intent of all involved specialists.

We carry out clash detections for each project to ensure the design is flawless and well-coordinated before it delivers to client. Our team of BIM experts use latest digital tools to ensure fixing of clashes among various disciplines.
