The Avenues Riyadh is mixed-use development, which will be constructed on a site of approximately 390,000 sqm in area. The project site is in the North-western area of Riyadh and is bound by King Salman Road to the North and King Fahad Road to the East.
The project encompasses four hotels operated by Hilton, including a 350-room Waldorf Astoria, a 400-room Conrad, a 450-room Hilton Garden Inn, as well as a 150-room Canopy by Hilton, the first of Hilton’s lifestyle Canopy by Hilton brand in the Middle East.
